The Carrick Restaurant at Carrickdale Hotel & Spa is renowned in County Louth for exceptional dining, showcasing the finest local produce in a warm and elegant setting.

Breakfast is served daily from 7.00am–11.00am Monday to Saturday and 7.00am–10.30am on Sunday.

Our evening à la carte menu blends traditional favourites with a modern twist, making it ideal for romantic dinners, family occasions, or special celebrations. Dinner is served daily from 5-9pm Monday to Friday; 5-9.30pm Saturday and 5.30 to 9pm Sunday.

Carrick Restaurant also hosts Sunday Lunch with two sittings at 12.30pm and 2.00pm. All Sunday Lunch reservations must be booked in advance by calling 042 9380900 or emailing us.
