Terms and Conditions

Booking Procedure

Provisional bookings may be made for any available date by supplying name, address and contact telephone number. This booking will be valid for two weeks only, unless otherwise arranged.

Confirmation of Booking

A deposit of €1500.00 will secure any provisionally booking made.

Cancelation of Confirmed Booking

In the event of the function being cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Minimum Number

Final number for the function will be provided to the hotel 48 hourse prior to the function. This number will be charged for.

Method of Payment

All outstanding accounts will be paid for prior to departure from the hotel.

Accommodation

Rooms may be block booked. If you intend to allocate these rooms, a rooming list is required one month prior to your stay. Unused rooms will be charged to your account. Individual bookings – a deposit of 50% of room cost will be required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Storage of Personal Property

The Hotel will wherever possible assist guests with the storage of personal property but will accept no liability for any damage or loss. The Hotel acceps no liability for any goods consigned to it for any event.

Food and Beverage

No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into the hotel with the exception of "occasion cakes" or special permission received in advance.
